Vinalux Lighting & Electrical Pty Ltd (ABN 53 703 740 596) collects the details you give us — such as your name, phone number, email, suburb or address, project details and any photos you attach — only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, book and complete work, send job updates and invoices, and occasionally follow up after a job.
Quote requests submitted through this website are delivered to us by email using the FormSubmit service and recorded in our job-management system. We do not sell your information. We only share it with service providers we use to run the business (for example email, messaging and accounting tools), with our licensed partners where they are part of your job, or where required by law.
If you join the Vinalux Homeowner Club, we store your name, email, mobile, suburb, join date, your consent to receive offers and any rewards in our secure member database (hosted by Supabase). Sign-in uses one-time codes sent to your email — we never ask for a password. You can unsubscribe from offers at any time.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop follow-up messages, at any time by emailing info@vinalux.com.au or calling 0431 888 893.

Terms & Conditions
Submitting an enquiry is a request to discuss your project. It does not confirm a booking, price, or availability.
The scope, quote, timing and payment terms for your work will be agreed directly with Vinalux before work begins. Quotes are based on the information available at the time and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If unexpected conditions are found on site, we will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.
Electrical work is carried out in line with current Australian Standards and Victorian regulations. Refrigeration (air-conditioning) and security system installation work is carried out by appropriately licensed partners. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
